We do not collect data from the connected devices, gateways or systems that use MetaCrust products through this website.

• To respond to demo, pilot, technical and business inquiries.
• To improve the content and performance of the website.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

The website does not use cookies or analytics, and does not track your visits.

We use trusted third parties to operate the website: EmailJS to deliver contact form messages and our hosting provider. These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, and are required to protect it.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and then delete it. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
